Every week, Admin and MITAEA’s President have a weekly standing meeting to discuss issues and concerns related to the school and it’s employees. This is an opportunity for issues and concerns to be addressed and hopefully fixed.
When MITAEA Officers learn of issues affecting the membership or the students, they add them to a GoogleDoc called EERA Topic, the MITAEA President can reference before the meetings. After the EERA Meeting, the President will write notes in the comment section.
